The Role: Talent Acquisition - Executive/ Senior Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 7 Years of strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment within the FMCG or Food Industry, with proven ability to attract, assess, and onboard top talent aligned with business goals.


You will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, driving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across all hiring stages.


What Youll Do

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and seamless process for all stakeholders.

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals

  • Sourcing & Screening:

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking to attract top talent.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing recruitment updates and offering strategic insights to influence hiring decisions.

  • Interview Coordination:

Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process

  • Offer Management:

Negotiate salary and benefits, extend offers to selected candidates, and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding phase

  • Talent Pool Building:

Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive candidates

  • Recruitment Analytics:

Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards

  • Employer Branding:

Promote the companys culture, values, and work environment to attract top tier talent

and enhance employer brand perception in the market.


What Were Looking For

  • Experience working in an FMCG environment is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the labor market and recruitment trends. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing situations
