Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while delivering a strong candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Understand hiring requirements through detailed role-briefing discussions with stakeholders.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure timely joining.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality standards, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and basic ATS tools.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.


Qualification:

  • Postgraduate in HR or a related field.


Preferred Industry Exposure:

  • Corporate / Retail / IT / E-commerce environments.
