Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping the company attract and hire top talent. If you have a knack for sourcing candidates, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of recruitment best practices, wed love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication across all levels.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.

Reporting & Talent Pipeline: Maintain ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration

Confident in using MS Office tools to support everyday HR operations

Discreet and dependable when handling confidential or sensitive information

Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and strong time management abilities

Naturally proactive, curious, and always eager to learn and grow
