Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process, right from sourcing to onboarding new team members.
• Develop job descriptions, post roles, and coordinate interviews.
• Build pipelines for key roles (customer support, health coach, marketing, sales, tech, and product teams)
• Ensure a great candidate experience and fast turnaround times

Requirements

• Having prior work experience in a fast-paced startup is an added bonus.
• Prior Problem-Solver: Can work independently and find solutions
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
• We don't expect you to be a know-it-all person, but a learn-it-all person.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (must be fluent in Hindi and English)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

Work Location: On-site - NX One, Noida Extension (Near Gaur City Mall)

Work Timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Date of joining: Immediate

Employment Type: 3 months Internship, followed by a full-time offer if you perform well
