Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and contributing to the development of employer branding strategies. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also engage in IT recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and maintain effective communication with hiring managers and applicants throughout the hiring cycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing and screening candidates effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with candidates and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
• Experience in Employer Branding and creating strategies to enhance organizational appeal to potential hires.
• Knowledge and expertise in Non IT Recruitment, including familiarity with job-specific requirements and technical skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
