About the Role : The Talent Executive Recruitment will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting employer branding initiatives.



Responsibilities :


  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and manage feedback collection efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Promote the companys employer brand through social media and professional networks.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and labour laws.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and background verification.



Qualifications :


  • 2+ years of experience into end to end recruitment


Required Skills :


  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in employer branding, advanced sourcing techniques, and market mapping.



Preferred Skills :


  • Manage end to end Volume hiring.
  • Experience in volume hiring and campus recruitment.
  • hospitality experience, Campus hiring, HM hiring
