Talent Acquisition Executive

Talent Acquisition Executive:

In this role You will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to effectively execute sourcing and hiring strategies. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting broader talent initiatives.

Your job:

• Actively source, build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive search across various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn and internal career portals, employee referrals, headhunting, and other social platforms.
• Own and manage end to end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, shortlisting and screening candidates based on job requirements, coordinating the entire interview process with respective hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Organize large-scale recruiting drives.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of Talent Acquisition process, KPIs (lead time, quality of profiles, offer conversions), SLAs.
• Maintain data quality to enable data driven insights for decision making and recruitment strategies.
• Initiate and implement process optimization.
• Support in planning, executing employer branding campaigns across various platforms.

Our requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 1-4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including prior experience working in a recruitment agency.
• Proven experience hiring for roles across engineering, sales, software, and manufacturing domains.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude with strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as CRM and ATS tools.
