Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (24 years of experience) to support hiring across our influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand solutions (sales), and campaign management teams.

Candidates with exposure to digital marketing agencies, media companies, or influencer marketing platforms will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and sales
• Source candidates from digital agencies, creator economy companies, and media platforms
• Manage candidate pipeline, interview coordination, and offer closures
• Ensure fast turnaround hiring in a high-growth environment

Ideal Candidate

• 24 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Exposure to hiring for digital marketing, media, or influencer marketing roles
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals, and hiring platforms
• Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment
