Job Description

About the role:

In this role, youll develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates and

work closely with hiring managers to tailor recruitment plans. Youll manage large-scale recruitment events,

ensure a smooth hiring process, and maintain a positive candidate experience. Additionally, youll track

recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates for

various roles within the organization.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.

2. Sourcing and Screening:

Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies, to

build a strong pipeline of candidates.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' fit for roles based on skills,

experience, and cultural alignment.

3. Coordination and Execution:

Manage the scheduling and coordination of large-scale recruitment events, such as job fairs and

mass interviews.

Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, from application through to offer and onboarding.

4. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand specific hiring requirements and

align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders.

5. Candidate Experience:

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear

communication and timely feedback.

Address candidate queries and provide support to enhance their engagement and satisfaction.

6. Data and Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment outcomes and provide insights for continuous

improvement.
