Job Description
Objective
Sourcing, screening and onboarding of suitable candidates for respective zonal office
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing of suitable candidates directly, through websites and social media sites
- Initial screening of applicants, telephone and face to face interviews
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, agreeing and coordinating deliverables and priorities
- Manage and update job postings to various social networks and job sites
- Responsible of initiation and closure of BGV of new hires within TAT
- Delivering of recruitment KPIs as set and agreed
- Facilitate and coordinate candidate interview scheduling and testing
- Monitor and respond to speculative applications and/or referrals and internal job postings.
- Responsible for adopting Zwayam ( ATS)
Need to Have Areas
- Minimum 2 years experience in Bulk & Volume recruitments
- Should be well versed with usage of Job portals i.e. Naukri
- Should be well versed with Ms Office
- Exposure to BGV tools & ATS is an add-on advantage
