Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for driving the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and onboarded to support business growth. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can build strong pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and collaborate closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews , and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics for reporting.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 13 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or consultancy).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
