Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruiting team by managing scheduling, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Manage interview logistics including calendars, meeting rooms, and virtual interview links.
- Maintain candidate records and update information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback timelines, and onboarding steps.
- Support recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring reports.
- Assist with recruitment events, candidate communications, and hiring documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to support recruitment operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of Business, Human Resources, or related work experience
OR
- Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work experience
OR
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work experience
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or recruitment support
