Job Description

Join our team in Bangalore and play a key role in developing and leveraging our community of service providers to fulfil Clients positions. As a Talent Acquisition & Community Management Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, onboarding and placing top talents and partners, ensuring a seamless experience and strong relationships with our network.

Your LittleBig Responsibilities

• Ensure effective sourcing of talents leveraging our talent partners community.
• Prospect and acquire new partners to expand our provider network.
• Pitch LittleBig Connection to potential partners, convincing them to join and training them to utilize our platform.
• Structure and animate talent partners community, providing ongoing support and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners such as consulting firms, recruitment agencies, and staffing agencies.
• Manage the onboarding process for new partners.
• Oversee client requests for external consulting services, ensuring strong proposals and alignment from partners.
• Supervise all projects within your scope, ensuring successful execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (growth, IT, finance) to enhance service delivery and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct prequalification calls to evaluate candidates profiles and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Lead candidate presentation meetings with our Clients to fulfil their positions.

Your Profile

• Experience in recruitment (3 to 4 years), with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; specialization in Human Resources is a strong advantage
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes.
• Proficiency and will to try & learn in using generative AI tools to improve productivity.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, partners, and internal teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Curiosity for IT/Engineering topics and the ability to work towards clear objectives.
