Talent Acquisition Coordinator Sourcing & Analytics (Experienced Hire Recruiting) - US Hiring

Location: India (Hybrid or Remote within India)

Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition (U.S.-based)

Were hiring a detail-oriented and resourceful TA Coordinator Sourcing & Analytics to support experienced hire recruiting. Youll help build and refresh sourcing projects, organize candidate data, and track recruiting metrics while partnering closely with our U.S.-based recruiters and business teams.

About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Talent Acquisition Coordinator Sourcing & Analytics to join our People & Culture team. Based in India, this role will support our experienced hire recruiting efforts by helping build sourcing projects, organize candidate data, and track recruiting metrics.

This is a behind-the-scenes operations and sourcing role that partners closely with our U.S.-based recruiters and business teams to keep pipelines organized, market insights updated, and recruiting data accurate and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Research Support

Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and help build and maintain LinkedIn Recruiter projects with ideal candidate profiles.

Conduct market and talent research to help the team stay informed on key trends in specific service lines and geographies.

Refresh sourcing projects and ensure recruiters have organized, up-to-date talent pools to engage from.

Recruiting Coordination & Operations

Support initial application reviews for experienced hire roles.

Review on-demand video interviews and provide summarized feedback to recruiters.

Maintain accurate candidate and project data in systems and trackers.

Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general recruiting coordination as needed.

Analytics & Reporting

Track sourcing project activity, conversion rates, and basic ROI metrics.

Assist with compiling TA reports and dashboards for leadership updates.

Support process improvements and data integrity within recruiting tools and systems.
