You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and building pipelines for niche technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• 37 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience hiring for North America / US technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search, XRay search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ability to screen and understand technical roles and skill stacks.
• Experience working with global teams and diverse time zones.
• Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal.

Good to Have

• Experience with ATS tools.
• Familiarity with US hiring compliance and documentation practices.
• Prior experience supporting fastpaced technology teams.
• Knowledge of market mapping and talent intelligence reporting.
