Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring across multiple healthcare roles. The ideal candidate will be experienced in bulk recruitment, capable of managing large candidate pipelines, and skilled in delivering quick turnaround hiring while ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and operations teams to understand bulk and recurring manpower requirements.
  • Plan and execute high-volume recruitment strategies for healthcare roles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, job fairs, campus drives, and vendor partnerships.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for bulk positions, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
  • Conduct initial screenings and telephonic/virtual interviews efficiently to meet tight hiring timelines.
  • Build and maintain a large, active talent pipeline for current and future bulk hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and manage mass interview drives, hiring campaigns, and recruitment events.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience during large-scale hiring processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract healthcare talent at scale.
  • Track and report bulk hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring volumes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in bulk or volume hiring, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, social media sourcing, and mass recruitment techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work on urgent hiring requirements and tight deadlines.
