We are looking for a Talent Acquisition fresher/associate to join our team in Bangalore for a 6-month contractual position( to convert to full time subject to performance). This role will give you hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruiting process at a global technology company, while working closely with experienced recruiters across the APAC region.

As a TA fresher/associate, you will:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing recruiting activities across APAC, including India, Singapore, Australia, and other key markets.

• Involve in Admin related tasks in recruiting during the internship period

• Assist in Campus recruiting program

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support sourcing efforts.

• Assist in reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

• Learn to use LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday (our ATS), and other recruitment tools.

• Help in maintaining candidate data integrity and generating reports on hiring activities.

• Conduct basic market research and talent mapping exercises.

• Collaborate with global TA team members and HR Business Partners on recruiting projects.

We’re excited about you if you are:

• A final-year student or recent graduate in HR  (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).

• Interested in Talent Acquisition function

• Curious to learn about recruitment in both technical (engineering) and commercial (sales, services) functions.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

• Strong in communication (both written & verbal).

• Comfortable with technology, data, and learning new tools quickly.
