Job Description
Summary
Execute all HR plans with the primary focus to attract talent and all other HR related deliverables for managing, developing and retaining talent.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the business in compliance with Universitys recruiting policies and standards and ensure positive employer brand experience for the candidate throughout the hiring process
- Develop and Deploy Recruitment Plans as per the business requirement. Understand hiring projections and urgency of talent requirements across the business divisions and regions
- Create sourcing plan to leverage talent channel mix and effective utilization
- Source applicants through various methods including advertising, job sites, career fairs, online platforms etc.
- Drive execution of recruitment plans to meet the hiring requirements time to time
- Publish MIS, engage and conduct regular meetings with all the stake holders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Effectively manage relationships with recruiting partners
- Be a good team player and collaborate to win confidence and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Unlearning and learning and transferring best practices towards a robust talent acquisition approach
- Support Organizational development by way of new HR initiatives & Interventions.Work & Coordinate along with cross functional teams with all respective supports related to Human Resourcefunction.
- Support the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices and new technologies in human resources, talent
- managementSupport and execute organizations human resources offerings by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices
- Work with Registrars office to support electronic employee files with discretion and confidentiality to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data integrity
- Perform other related duties as assignedOrganize new employee orientation while ensuring proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Coordinate and prepare HR MIS
- Manage joining formalitiesInvolve in HR admin tasks as required
- Any other tasks assigned by Director HR from time to time
Qualifications
RequiredBachelors/masters degree in management with specialisation in the area of HR
Previous experience of minimum two year in talent acquisition is desirable.
