Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) & Tableau Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to translate requirements into impactful visualizations and ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance across BI platforms.

Work youll do: Key Responsibilities

Tableau Development

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

Build advanced visualizations using LOD Expressions, table calculations, parameters, filters, etc.

Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Publish, schedule, and manage dashboards on Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud.

Ensure dashboards align with best practices in data visualization and storytelling

Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting and KPI requirements.

Translate business needs into actionable BI solutions and analytical models.

Validate data flows and ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable reporting.

Support the creation of standardized BI frameworks, metrics, and data definitions.

Collaborate with data engineering and ETL teams to develop smooth data pipelines for reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.

Solid understanding of data visualization principles, UI/UX for dashboards, and BI best practices.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis (any RDBMS).

Experience working with data warehouses, data marts, and structured datasets.

Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into meaningful dashboards.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
