Role Title: Tableau Developer

Reporting To: Head- Business Intelligence & Analytics / AGM- IT Services

Initial Location of Posting: Vadodara Corporate office

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and help transform raw data into impactful dashboards and visualizations that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, dashboard design, ETL like informatica and experience working with large datasets in a BI environment.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau development.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.

• Configuration of ETL like Informatica with Big Query, data warehouse.

• Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL, Hana, cloud platforms, spreadsheets, etc.).

• Optimize dashboard performance and improve data visualization usability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present analytical findings.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards or data connections.

• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.

• Stay up to date with the latest Tableau features and BI trends.

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Hana or MS SQL Server.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.

• Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Server certification.

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.
