Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)

Shift: Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST ( Not US IT Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments

Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and hiring strategies

Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and events

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules

Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate data

Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience

Support employer branding and hiring campaigns

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity goals)

Participate in DE&I, university hiring, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

ATS experience (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday plus)

Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
