TA Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end hiring for BayOne India across all internal departments, including HR, Operations, Finance, Delivery, and Recruitment.
• Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to identify talent needs, define job requirements, and design effective hiring strategies.
• Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and uphold BayOnes employer brand throughout the hiring process.
• Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and quality of hire.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 58 years of proven experience in internal/corporate hiring or talent acquisition within IT, consulting, or services organizations.
• 35 years of experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Strong understanding of multiple business functions (HR, Ops, Finance, Delivery, etc.) and ability to recruit across diverse domains.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
