• Source and screen candidates across roles
• Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Assist with TA operations and employer branding initiatives

Eligibility & Skills

• MBA in Human Resources (2025 pass-out)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
