Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during recruitment
- Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership
- Ensure smooth Onboarding process in coordination with HR Ops team
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Should be a good team player
