Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities.


Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during recruitment
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership
  • Ensure smooth Onboarding process in coordination with HR Ops team


Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Should be a good team player
