Product Specialists are the drivers of solution to the business problems, opportunities to automate a Business Process, offer solution to new product/services. With their commitment to innovation and knowledge in T24, these analysts seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape in banking.

RESPONSIBILITIES*

Strategy*

• Identify, design & develop as part of T24 enhancements.
• Customization
• Functionality
• Reports
• Interfacing to external systems
• CoB jobs
• Performance optimization
• Consultancy & support in product configuration, installation, releases, patches, etc

Business*

• Coordinate with Temenos on T24 setup & issues follow up/resolution.
• Install custom enhancements and validate technical setup & conduct necessary technical testing
• Provide clear and concise technical documentation.
• Facilitate/conduct technical training as necessary.

Processes*

• Provide guidance and advice to less experienced developers/consultants in case of complex technical issues arising in the project/program.
• Drives reuse culture by defining as well as by adopting reusable components.
• Involve actively in improvement initiatives and contribute based on the knowledge gained in projects to develop tools, templates and accelerators as applicable.

People & Talent *

• Work experience in T24 R20 & above in TAFC/TAFJ.
• Programming in Infobasic, Java, JavaScript
• Knowledge of Application Server e.g. jBOSS
• Working experience in RedHat Linux, IBM AIX OS
• Understanding of RDBMS preferably Oracle & SQL knowledge
• Working experience in Interface development Online/Batch.
• Working experience in COB processing and Trouble shooting.
