The Team

The Cyber Services Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice helps organizations in designing, developing and implementing industry-leading identity & Access Management solutions to protect their information and confidential data as well as help them build their businesses and supporting technologies more secure, vigilant and resilient. The Cyber Services IAM team delivers service to clients through following key areas of IAM:
IAM strategy and roadmap
User provisioning
Access re-certification
Access management, single sign-on & federation
Entitlements Management
Privileged Identity Management
Role management
Strategy
Strong Authentication
Multi-factor and adaptive authentication
Directory design and implementation
Identity Analytics

Work youll do
The key job responsibilities include the following:
Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations using provided requirements and design, Debugging and troubleshoot issues
Explore/learn new IAM technologies with guidance from team leads
Testing use cases, performance testing etc.
Resolve technology issues working with engagement and vendor teams
Raise technical risks and assist in process compliance activities

The key skills required are as follows:
Experience in technologies such as Java, LDAP, SSL RDBMS and Linux
Working knowledge of web / application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss and Apache)
Experience in development / configuration of standard / custom IAM integrations using Java, .Net or other major scripting languages
Experience in implementing Identity and Access Management projects (SailPoint / Beyond Trust / Saviynt/ OKTA)
Experience in carrying out application integrations with the IAM solution dealing with provisioning
(e.g. workflows), single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP) and PKI concepts
Basic technical documentation skills and understanding of SDLC processes
Candidate should have overall 1+ years of experience implementing Identity and Access Management projects (SailPoint / OKTA/ Saviynt / Beyondtrust)
Willing to explore new and emerging IAM technologies
Good technical documentation skills and understanding of SDLC processes

Cyber Identity Access Management

Qualification

B.Tech or MBA
Relevant years of Identity Access Manager product suite e.g. Sailpoint/ OKTA / Saviynt / BeyondTrust implementation experience and certification.
