The team
Deloitte is working with global customers on cloud technologies to help unlock growth, stability, and sustainability by enabling them to spot unseen business trends through curation, transformation, and blending of data. Deloittes Operations Transformation services help clients to reimagine and reconfigure the inner workings of their organization, enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, identify and capture new growth opportunities, and to surpass their business objectives.
Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our Operations Transformation Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Your main responsibilities will be:
Own and manage assigned tasks
Develop in-depth financial models using advanced financial analysis and excel skills
Gather, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations
Demonstrate and apply solid knowledge of management frameworks
Develop high quality power point presentations for internal meetings and projects
Support the managers, senior managers, and associate directors in commercializing existing assets and advise on the development, market positioning and commercialization of net-new assets
Actively share best practices, develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders
Desired qualifications
Academic qualification: Masters Degree like MBA
Work experience: 6+ years, with at least 3 years of post-MBA experience
Industry experience: Consumer or Automotive, Industrial Products
Functional experience:Sales, Aftersales & Strategy
Requisite core skills
Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong core consulting skills i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modelling, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful insights
Solid knowledge of strategy models and frameworks
Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected
Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership
Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information.
Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy, operations or technology domain
Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
Location and way of working
Base location: Mumbai, NCR- Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai , Hyderabad, Pune
