Work youll do
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Oracle HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Qualifications / Skill

2-3 years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud Benefits Module
Must have experience of two life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCMBenefits Module
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM module, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design
Should be able to write fast formulas forBenefits
Define Benefit programs, plans, Options, rates and coverages as well as Benefits Life events aligning with business requirements
Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live
Supporting data migration activities
Assist the integration team to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
Ability to create functional design documents
Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefitsupdates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend and implement system improvements.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong team handling skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills
Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes.
