Your work profile
As an SailPoint Operations Engineer in our Cyber: Digital Privacy & Trust Team, youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
As an SailPoint Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and availability of the SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity NOW platform. You will troubleshoot and resolve production issues, manage incidents and problems, and provide timely support to end-users. Your role involves a deep understanding of SailPoint architecture and configuration, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

You will build, configure, and support SailPoint in diverse production environments, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability.
You will manage critical SailPoint processes, including aggregation, identity refresh, scheduling, and correlation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
You will lead quality assurance activities, conduct user acceptance testing, and resolve issues to deliver high-quality SailPoint solutions.
You will troubleshoot complex SailPoint issues, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with product and development teams for resolution.
You will design and develop custom connectors and efficiently onboard applications to expand SailPoint's capabilities.
You will analyze complex IAM challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement enhancements to improve overall system performance and efficiency.
You will provide expert guidance and support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
You will troubleshoot complex SailPoint issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
You will manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
You will create and maintain comprehensive support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Desired qualifications

Minimum bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IGA) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity NOW.
Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in database technologies (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) for data analysis and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.

Location and way of working

Base location: PAN India
This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations.
