T&T - ET&P - TS&T - Data Architect - Manager

1.Align with CXOs to expedite business goals, and will track, report, and support transformation of critical applications2.Work closely with Client and Deloitte teams to support delivery of key actions and initiatives, stakeholder management, communication planning and strategy3.Responsible for project planning, scope management, integrated planning, dependency tracking and reporting4.Monitor and control project plan, budget, identify, monitor and control risks and Issues. Provide support to coordinate users from different departments, maintain active communication across the project team, develop and implement an efficient change management and communications plan5.Work closely with multiple processes and cross-functional teams. Track and report progress and implementation, manage escalations, report risks and issues and help mitigate and resolve them, respectively6.Establish overall governance and control, conducting cadences(daily/weekly/monthly), lead cadences such as weekly reviews, steering committee reviews and strategic reviews7.Monitor deliverables and weekly status reporting of project health to leadership. Perform risk and issues reporting, escalation management and contingency planning8.Administer requirements gathering and management, change control, deliverables tracking & acceptance, project performance tracking and documents repository management9.Work planning, schedule tracking and critical-path monitoring10.Lead tactical perspectives of program execution by providing standardized methodologies, templates, processes, tools, trainings and support\
