Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead the end-to-end Agile delivery of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation for a leading automotive brand. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, strong communication and facilitation skills, and domain awareness in automotive sales and customer engagement cycles. This role will play a key part in ensuring timely delivery of customer-centric marketing capabilities including campaigns, journey orchestration, customer segmentation, and cross-cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, CDP, Personalization, etc.)
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Ensure teams apply Agile best practices while aligning to marketing and CRM objectives within the automotive industry.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Consultants, Data Analysts, and Campaign Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Track sprint performance, report on team velocity, burndown charts, and ensure transparency to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with Martech, CRM (Sales/Service/Automotive Cloud), and dealer management teams.
Manage and protect the teams scope and sprint commitments while ensuring adaptability in a fast-changing marketing landscape.
Support campaign testing, QA coordination, UAT planning, and production readiness reviews.


Required Skills and Experience

5+ years as a Scrum Master, with understanding of Marketing cloud.
Experience driving Marketing Cloud modules: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, CDP/Data Cloud.
Good understanding of the automotive customer lifecycle from lead generation, test drive, purchase, service to re-engagement.
Proven track record of delivering digital marketing or CRM transformation initiatives using Agile.
Strong knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and team motivation skills.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
