Job Description

Knowledge and hands on experience of Insurance industry
Execute manual and automated test cases for insurance products and systems (e.g., policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, etc.).
Identify, document, and track defects in test management tools, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
Exposure to End-to-End Testing
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Analytical skills To be able to document process flows, analyses and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent Communication (written / verbal) & co-ordination skills.
Ability to generate reports to suit all audience. The reports should be coherent, accurate and should help management decision making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment between business requirements and test execution.
Provide expert advice on test execution, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies related to insurance systems.
Participate in audits and inspections related to insurance testing and ensure adherence to best practices.
Planning, organizing and prioritization skills.
