Responsibilities:Lead and document user requirement gathering for system development, ensuring that end-to-end processes are accurately and adequately documented.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, control the scope, document and track the requirements, identify and manage interdependencies, and design solutions.Develop and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.Work closely with IT teams to design and implement solutions, including system integration, testing, and deployment.Provide feedback on critical areas and challenge the processes/information when required.Monitor and report the project progress and quality.Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and initiatives.Requirements:Experienced in the health insurance industry in a similar capacity as a business analyst and Program Lead. Preferred exposure to Group Health Insurance.Expert knowledge in insurance life cycles with exposure to processes like new business, billing and collections, customer service, claims, distribution, correspondence, and at least one Policy Admin System.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.Nice to Have:Significant exposure to Asian markets, and experience with the health insurance industry, particularly Shield products.Certification as a Business Analyst (CBAP) Exposure to tools like Confluence, JIRA, Clarity
