Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and ensuring the functionality and integrity of the engineering architecture. You will also be responsible for system integrations, simulations, and test methods, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define engineering requirements and specifications. - Design and develop engineering systems, ensuring feature functionality and integrity. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks. - Manage feature plan implementation, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Perform system integrations, simulations, and test methods to validate system performance. - Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing technical support and solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in wireless technologies operations. - Assist in the documentation of engineering processes, procedures, and best practices. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in quality assurance activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of engineering architecture and system design principles. - Experience with system integrations, simulations, and test methods. - Knowledge of design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) and risk mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to wireless technologies operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network protocols and communication technologies. - Experience with wireless network optimization and performance tuning. - Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) and virtualization technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
