Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and ensuring the successful integration of engineering architecture. You will also be responsible for simulating and testing methods to ensure the functionality and quality of the products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop engineering systems. - Manage feature plan implementation and ensure successful integration of engineering architecture. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks. - Simulate and test methods to ensure the functionality and quality of the products. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Experience in designing and developing engineering systems. - Knowledge of simulation and testing methods. - Familiarity with design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools. - Experience in product lifecycle management. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Graduation degree is required.
