Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and ensuring the successful integration of engineering architecture. You will also be responsible for developing simulations and test methods to ensure the functionality and quality of the products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Contribute to the design and development of engineering systems. - Manage feature plan implementation. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Integrate engineering architecture to ensure seamless functionality. - Develop simulations to test the performance and quality of the products. - Create test methods and procedures for accurate evaluation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of engineering systems and their implementation. - Experience in conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Knowledge of simulation techniques and test methods. - Familiarity with engineering architecture and system integrations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
