Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will be responsible for designing and developing engineering systems associated with physical products, including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products, including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. - Manage feature plan implementation and conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to ensure product quality and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, software engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in enterprise network operations, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise network operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nagios, and knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP. - Experience with network troubleshooting and problem resolution, including experience with Cisco routers and switches. - Experience with network security, including knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. - Experience with network performance optimization, including experience with WAN/LAN optimization technologies. - Solid grasp of network design principles, including experience with network topology design and capacity planning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in enterprise network operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful network solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the delivery of network operations services, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, including working with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. - Oversee the network operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members. - Develop and maintain network operations processes and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices. - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of network operations services. Professional & Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of enterprise network operations, including experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs. - Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and Cisco Prime. - Experience with network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VPNs. - Experience with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and load balancers. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures, including experience with incident, problem, and change management.
