Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and ensuring the functionality and integrity of engineering architecture. You will also be responsible for system integrations, simulations, and test methods. This role requires a strong understanding of wireless technologies operations and the ability to contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define engineering requirements and specifications. - Design and develop engineering systems for physical products. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Manage feature plan implementation and ensure adherence to project timelines. - Integrate systems and components to ensure seamless functionality. - Simulate and test engineering systems to validate performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of engineering architecture and system integrations. - Experience in conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Knowledge of simulation and testing methods for engineering systems. - Familiarity with feature plan implementation and project management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with wireless communication protocols and standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts related to Wireless Technologies Operations. Your typical day will involve working with the team to ensure the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and resolving any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: Work as Subject Matter Expert of Network operations and troubleshooting Develop HLD/LLDs for Enterprise networks factoring in Customer requirements, scalability, adaptability and Industry best practices. Develop equipment specifications, configurations and design documentation. Assist with network testing (proof-of-concept or network validation). Occasionally assist with internal network technology initiatives. Work with minimal direction from supervisor/project manager Must Have Skills/Qualifications: Technology Certifications: Aruba/Cisco-Meraki/Jiniper Mist Experienced on Network Convergence / Transformation projects involving integration of Voice, Video and Unified Messaging Services with the Core Data Network. Deployment and configuration of HP Airwave, Clearpass or Meraki Dashboard or Juniper Mist Ability to configure Design, Deploy, Troubleshoot. of HP Airwave, Clearpass or Meraki Dashboard or Juniper Mist Ability to assist with Product Selections from requirements and cost perspective. Understanding of fundamental concepts of networking, knowledge of product lines from major vendors, trained on tools in network toolkit Must have good working knowledge of Network Design and Documentation Tools like MS Visio and Productivity Tools like MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in creating Business Cases and Cost Analyses using standard financials concepts to determine the impact of technical decisions Good business communication skills. Good to Have: Knowledge about Security Architecture especially firewalls Knowledge on other SD-WAN products like Viptela, Fortinet, Silverpeek.
