Summary: As a Systems Engineering Lead, you will lead teams that work on complex systems engineering solutions for customers. You will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products, including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Your role will involve overseeing feature plan implementation and conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead teams in the design and development of complex systems engineering solutions. - Develop engineering architecture and integrate systems for physical products. - Conduct simulations and test methods to ensure functionality and performance. - Oversee the implementation of feature plans and conduct DFMEA. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices. - Experience in designing and developing engineering systems. - Knowledge of system integrations and simulations. - Familiarity with test methods and DFMEA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
