Design & develop engineering systems associated with physical products including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Oversee feature plan implementation and design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA).

Summary: As a Systems Engineering Lead, you will lead teams that work on complex systems engineering solutions for customers. You will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products, including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Your role will involve overseeing feature plan implementation and conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead teams working on complex systems engineering solutions. - Design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. - Ensure feature functionality and engineering architecture meet requirements. - Integrate systems and perform simulations to test functionality. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing engineering systems. - Knowledge of feature plan implementation and DFMEA. - Experience in system integration and simulation testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
