Role- Systems Engineer - IT Service Management- L2 Support-Voice
Experience-3+Years
Location-Bangalore
Education-BE/BTECH
Notice Period-Immediate joiners
- Experience in L2 Service Desk / Technical Support providing remote support for laptops and desktops.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office applications installation and troubleshooting.
- Software installations , wireless connectivity, email, and printing issues.
- Active Directory , antivirus, imaging, and patch management.
- Troubleshooting Internet-related applications (email clients, browsers) and Office Suites (Microsoft O365) .
- Experience configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ability to generate reports.
- Knowledge of Service Desk tools .
- Excellent communication skills .
- Flexibility for shifts and work from office (mandatory).
