Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Change LifeCycle Management AI enabled chatbot Networking Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of Change LifeCycle Management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Oversee the integration and maintenance of AI enabled chatbot systems to enhance user experience and support.
  • Provide expert-level networking support to ensure robust and secure network infrastructure.
  • Manage incident resolution processes to ensure timely and effective problem-solving.
  • Support the Service Desk team in delivering high-quality technical assistance to end-users.
  • Utilize Service Now for efficient IT service management and workflow automation.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues and improvements.
  • Develop and implement best practices for system maintenance and support.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical proficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Change LifeCycle Management.
  • Must have expertise in AI enabled chatbot systems.
  • Must have solid networking skills.
  • Must have experience in Incident Management.
  • Must have proficiency in Service Desk operations.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Service Now.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Windows systems.
  • Nice to have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.

  • ITIL Certification Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
