Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks. This role requires domain experience in Hi-Tech. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and expertise in CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI to ensure optimal network performance.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Switching & Routing Cisco systems to enhance network efficiency.Manage and support Software Defined Networks to ensure seamless integration and operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.Develop and maintain network documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Provide training and support to team members on network-related topics to enhance their skills and knowledge.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the network infrastructure remains current and competitive.Assist in the development and implementation of network security measures to protect company data and resources.Participate in the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions to support business growth.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain a secure and reliable network environment.Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing high-quality network solutions that support business objectives.
Qualifications
Must have experience with CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI to ensure optimal network performance.Must have expertise in Switching & Routing Cisco to enhance network efficiency.Must have knowledge of Software Defined Networks to ensure seamless integration and operation.Nice to have experience in the Hi-Tech domain to understand industry-specific requirements.Must be able to work in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel required.Must have strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot network issues effectively.Must have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Must be detail-oriented to maintain accurate network documentation.Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Must have experience in developing and implementing network security measures.Must be able to participate in network planning and execution activities.Must ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Certifications Required
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification is required.
