Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Capture - Business Analyst Power Automate RPA ServiceNow Orchestration and Python. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Implement and manage automation workflows using Power Automate RPA to streamline processes.Utilize ServiceNow Orchestration to integrate and automate IT service management tasks.Write and maintain Python scripts to support various automation and integration tasks.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.Assist in the development and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all system-related activities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Qualifications
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.Demonstrate proficiency in using Power Automate RPA for process automation.Have experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for IT service management integration.Show expertise in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
