Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Systems Engineer with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Change LifeCycle Management Incident Management End User Tools - Nexthink Service Desk Service Now Windows Networking and Desktop Support - Remote. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Change LifeCycle Management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Manage and resolve incidents efficiently using Incident Management protocols to maintain system stability.
  • Utilize End User Tools
  • Nexthink to monitor and enhance user experience and system performance.
  • Offer support through the Service Desk addressing user queries and issues promptly.
  • Operate and maintain Service Now for effective IT service management and workflow automation.
  • Administer Windows systems ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions to maintain robust and reliable connectivity.
  • Deliver remote desktop support to users resolving technical issues and providing guidance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for IT systems processes and incidents.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Support IT security initiatives to protect company data and systems.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a basic understanding of Change LifeCycle Management and Incident Management.
  • Have hands-on experience with End User Tools
  • Nexthink and Service Desk operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Service Now for IT service management.
  • Show competence in managing Windows systems and networking solutions.
  • Exhibit skills in providing remote desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • Nice to have experience in IT Security and Finance & Accounting domains.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining system integrity.

  • ITIL Foundation Certification CompTIA A+ Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals
