Role- Systems Engineer - IT Service Management
Experience-3+Years
Location-Pune
Notice Period-Immediate joiners
Education-BE/BTECH
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software inventory management .
- Experience in asset lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, maintenance, disposal).
- Hands-on experience with asset tracking systems and databases .
- Ability to manage inward/outward movement of assets and store organization.
- Knowledge of e-waste handling and compliance (including approvals and secure disposal).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and audit processes.
- Experience in vendor coordination for repairs, AMC updates, and parts delivery.
- Coordination with finance team for high-value assets and approvals.
- Proficiency in report generation (asset status, utilization, trends).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
