Develops or maintains deep understanding of Systems
End to end administration of assigned systems
Understand the upstream and downstream of the processes
Ensure all intakes are picked up on time and Follow SLA for all activities and
intakes
Challenge status quo to improve process efficiency
Understands requirement clearly, acknowledge mail/intake, ensure on time issue
resolution
Understands key roles, builds trust through delivering on time with minimal
errors and rework
Advance system knowledge to provide superior support to stakeholders and take
proactive measure to reduce intakes
Adopts and promotes best practices and adheres to Target standard
Develops or maintains documentation as part of ongoing knowledge
management and team member training
 

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
• 3+ years of SAP or Core Financial systems experience
• Strong System skills (Concur/ReconNet/Cadency)
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate challenges
• Proven project management skills and ability to effectively prioritize work
• Ability to effectively communicate with vendors and business partners (India and
HQ)
• Strong clients focus and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities
