Job Description
Working closely with both operations and engineering teams the primary focus of the System Analyst role will be supporting the presentation layer of the Millennium architecture, which relies heavily on Citrix environments. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Citrix XenApp systems, as well as troubleshooting and providing technical support for Citrix-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Citrix technologies, with hands-on experience in system support and troubleshooting. They will also be responsible for performing operational and security maintenance tasks to ensure the infrastructure remains secure and reliable. Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
