Hiring: System Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced System Test Engineer to lead system-level and end-to-end quality across programs.

Work Location: Chennai

Work Mode: 5 days WFO

Work Shift: General Shift

Years of Exp: 5+

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and define the System Test Strategy across programs

- Set up system & E2E test execution models

- Ensure early STA involvement during program intake

- Manage environment readiness, integrations, data, and deployments

- Provide automation strategy & architectural guidance

- Evolve testing scope based on business and technical changes

Defect Management & Quality Governance:

- Define and govern the Defect Management framework

- Lead cross-functional defect triage with Product, Engineering, TPMs, and QA

- Track defect trends, leakage, root causes, and quality risks

- Support release readiness through strong quality assessments

- Ensure quality signoffs and adherence to release gates

What Were Looking For:

- Strong experience in system/E2E testing and test architecture

- Deep knowledge of automation frameworks, tools, and integration testing

- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and drive quality excellence
