NVIDIA is seeking an experienced SW management leader to drive the definition, development and build end-to-end software diagnostic solution across for Embedded, Automotive and DataCenter products. We are looking for a Tegra Diag SW Manager to coordinate and implement software activities for next generation SOC chip & products development. This position plays a key role in ensuring diagnostic readiness for platform bring-up, validation, and productization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the Tegra Diagnostic SW team, overseeing readiness and execution - coordinate the Diag development and deployment.

• Build and mentor a strong software engineering team to focus on diagnostics that improve design validation, thermal and power characterization, and manufacturing screening efficiency."

• Identify and drive all technical, logistical related activities including running complex project schedules, removing roadblocks to ensure delivery on key product roadmaps.

• Colloborate closely with product design teams to define, prioritize, and participate bring-up of their custom requirements.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer/Electronics engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ overall years of proven experience in related areas with at least 2+ years of management experience

• Deep understanding of the SW development life cycle and experience working in teams on large SW projects

• Proven SW Technical program management background in a matrix organization

• Solid understanding of systems architecture: CPU, memory, buses and interconnects, Power Management, Operating Systems and device drivers

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Proven track record in leading SW for SOCs and Platform bring up

• Experience in Pre-Silicon / Post-Silicon bringup planning, validation testing, and execution of sophisticated SoCs and platforms.

• Experience in design and development of Kernel, System Software or drivers, or diagnostic software

• Strong understanding of silicon and platform validation, characterization process, SOC micro-architecture, platform architecture
